Garbage Disposal Drain Basket

This is a drain basket for a Kenmore Garbage Disposal with an approximately 87mm opening. I was searching for a drain basket with a lip on it to cover the steel border around the garage disposal, but couldn't find one I liked, so I built it myself in Fusion. When I added the lip to it, it created a problem where a small amount of water would get trapped in the sink, so I added drainage channels to the underside of the lip. I also wanted it to print without supports, so I designed it as two pieces that fit together with a satisfying 'snap' (no glue required). I printed it in Bambu Lab PLA Matte Nardo Grey because it's a good match for my Silgranit sink. PETG might be a better option, but the PLA is holding up fine, even with boiling water poured down the sink. I included a cross-section to show how the snap function works. Layer height: 0.16mm, 3 wall loops, no support, easy assembly.
