Garden Gnome - optimized

Berwicks3d did a nice 3d scan of this gnome but it was quit noisy and parts was missing and pumps on random places that should not be there. So I used Blender to model and remove and fix holes and dumps and also made some highlights on details. And to optimize the mesh I used Instant Meshes, its open source and free to download from github, highly recommend on models that was 3d scanned.

- There was a little floating plane that I removed, should fix any issues when slicing.
