This is a mount for Garmin bicycle computers that goes around 34mm outside diameter headset spacers. It fits on my Ride1Up 700, and probably many other bikes.

It requires a couple of M4 screws and nuts to mount.

The Garmin mount came from https://github.com/chadkirby/quarter-turn-mount.
