I dropped my Garmin Edge 20 on the road, which resulted in a dent in the casing. To protect it I bought a cheap AliExpress rubber casing (See 3th picture). The casing is to big though, which makes if fall off when riding through rough terrain...
So I decided to make a tight casing myself. I've included the OpenSCAD file for those who wish to modify the case. My 3D printer is not perfectly calibrated so measurements could be a bit off... (Easy to change in the OpenSCAD though).
It was printed using a casing thickness of 2 mm (See OpenSCAD setting). I don't know if this will be enough, it seems to be sturdy enough. The border cutouts might be a bit brittle. I a new print I might be increasing the width (to 41 mm) slightly and setting a thickness of 2.5/3 mm.
## EDIT ##
Changed the files to the increased width and thickness.
Printed it and it easier to remove the casing to connect to the USB-cable.
