Garmin Etrex top cap mount

I modified this thing to use it with Meroca ss01 suspension stem:

1. Added a 5° tilt to prevent the holder from touching the suspension stem.
2. Reinforced the top and bottom parts of the navigator's cradle (I printed the holder vertically).
3. Modified the mount to fit the diameter of the fork stem (but ended up using a spacer ring anyway).
4. Added a cap to conceal the bolt and steel washer (used a 25mm washer, but I don't think it's necessary).
