I made a headset for the Gary scan here on Thingiverse. The wires are made from black wire that I curled around an allen wrench and shaped to fit. Glued with CA.

Raise or lower the model in your slicer to achieve the height you need. I didn't use any support between the head and headset arch and it came out great.
