I have a China made 15"x15"x32" Gasoline Caddy. It has a terrible Hand Crank Vane Pump. It barely lasts a couple of uses. The concept is nice because you can transfer gasoline in or out of the caddy. I removed the defective pump. This cap fits the fill pipe. It is a weird thread for the USA. I got a battery operated pump for now that I put in the tank fill hole.
