Gauge for solid copper wires

Printed with Bambu Lab X1 Carbon + AMS, using black PLA for "Body" and red PLA for "Letters".
I recommend to print with the letters on the base plate (i.e. upside down; gives a nicer surface and when printing two-color using the AMS it requires only one color change).
The hole diameters are designed +0.25 mm larger than the nominal values, the measured hole diameter on the Bambu printout are still slightly smaller than nominal (like ~0.1 mm).
Areas are in [mm^2], diameter in [mm]. the maximum permanent current in [A].
Currents are accoding to the German VDE for 2 Copper wires in a pipe. The max currents depend on several more parameters, so these values are considered only as rough estimate without any warranty.
