gCode Fan Shround for FT Kossel

Simple shroud for mounting a gcode controlled fan to a FT Kossel (mine's using the Snow effector here on Thingiverse). It mounts between the bolt holes on an effector arm mount and will need a 60mm bolt to pass through the entire length of that side's mount.

Updated with correct, complete model - the first upload had the bolt hole block accidentally suppressed in my CAD.

**Be sure to rotate the fan end down on the X-Y plane in your slicer!**
