I am also working on a direct drive version, but have to wait for more btech gears to show up so I can test it. This will allow you to run the super short stepper motors like on the Titan.

Uploaded the F360 and step files.
Was looking for a geared bowden extruder that uses Bondtech gears and couldn't find one so I made one. The gears are from the Pitan which are 3:1.
Pretty easy print, no supports required. Main body parts print rigid and gears print at a low layer height. I use PLA for mine.
Steps per mm seem to be around 798mm.
You will need:
2x M3 20mm
2x M3 30mm
2x M3 40mm
5x M3 nuts
20x5mm Compression Spring, you can experiment with whatever works for you.
1x PC4 - M6 coupler with 4.3mm bore
Nema 17 Stepper motor
1x 40mm M5 hex head bolt
2x 695zz bearings
1x 1mm washer
