Geeetech A10 extruder knob

This is an extruder knob for the Geeetech A10 - needed to be smaller to ensure it did not interfere with the Z axis rod bracket. I also enclosed the fusion 360 file if you would like to modify some dimensions - under the first sketch you will find the d hole dimension. Although the d rod dimension are 5 mil circle and 4.6 at the d notch, i needed to go to 5.3 mm - perhaps an accuracy issue on my printer.
