I made a quick filament guide for the Geeetech a10. The guide is symmetrical and should be able to be used 4 times before eventually worn out. It is a snug fit pressed on by hand to the bracket that holds the extruder (on my machine at my settings). If your first layer is wide and hot and melty, you may have to open the slot a little and knock back that first layer with a file before the guide will go on from both sides - Id rather have it a little snug than too loose.

I used (4) perimeters to be sure holes will last before worn through.

I used 3mm holes (which end up a little smaller) for 1.75 mm filament - could probably be drilled out just a hair if you wanted to use 3mm filament.

Not very complicated, but seems like itll work good enough and requires little material to make, and requires no nuts or bolts.
