I have many pens from different brands, and most of them either have ballpoint refill or refills that is very hard to find. Therefore, I have made this tool to cut down a regular size gel pen refill into different length to fit these pens. I uses some cheap M&G and Deli refills as replacement, and they seems to fit all pens very well. As the R-LGB #49 and Parker G2 refill are very close in length (only 1mm apart), I have chose to make the left and right opening match with different length , which means they do not cut though all the way. You should only cut though either the right gap or the left one. I use multi-colour printing, so I stand up the model vertically and uses support. This will cause some effort to clean up, but will save massive filament change time and is more accurate. My model is printed with PLA with 3 walls and 15% infill. It seems to be rugged enough.
