General Patton Lithophane

Printed on an Ender-3 at .1 layer height along the Y-axis vertically, .8-3.1 min/max thickness on eSUN cool white filament. Some of the lines if not all are actually part of the original picture, I couldn't find any perfect pictures, either they were too far away or they weren't high enough resolution/grainy.
