I made these in the same way I made the Maui Jim Sunglass lenses.
You should be able to download these, Mirror them for the other side. and do a Boolean Subtraction from any pair of 3D modeled frames.
Once the frames are printed, you will be able to use the lenses from any pair of cheapo promotional sunglasses in your project.
