Generic Customizable Fidget Spinner

Standard fidget spinner designed to use 608 bearings.

Mostly so I could try out the Customizer app for the first time.

This has been updated to use the Write.scad library instead of the built in "text" function.

Customizable options:
* Increase the distance from the center bearing to the outer bearings by up to 20mm.
* Change the number of arms from 2 to 7.
* Change the width of the arms.
* Adjust the chamfer/fillet amount.
* Engrave text on the outsides of the arms.
* Cut notches into the outsides of the arms.
* Include or remove the outer ring.
* Engrave text on the outer ring.
