Generic Dremel Workstation 220 Adapter

Summary This is a generic adapter for the Dremel Workstation 220 (Drill Stand). It provides a base for your own tool holders. Simply design it based on the dimension shown in the sketch attached. A square plate 38x38 with 4 mounting holes 30x30 (M3). I added 2 versions. One for thread inserts and the other with printed threads Additional I added 5 threads on top (M4) and one at the bottom (M5). I use this bottom hole with a hex screw to flatten fresh added inserts. The top thread are added for additional tools – light / magnifying glass.. As a bonus I added 1 tool holder. Specially designed for my soldering iron. I used PETG-HF – but there is no problem to print it with PLA. The soldering iron doesn’t become hot at the mounting point.
