Generic 8 spline Impeller with a custom made case. Was a term project that I designed for school.
Designed to be attached to a DC motor at the centre with a 38mm(diameter) x 120mm spindle (not in the thingiverse files). When turned on with an Arduino controller, use the micro controller to adjust RPM to draw a vacuum which can be used for a variety of things!
Here's some measurements for reference
278mm x 230mm x 92mm (size of casing)
183mm x 183mm x 51mm (size of impeller)
Attached are the files for everyhting, and the casing as a whole and split up in 4 sections because I realize some printers won't allow to print this big!
Settings I used when printing in PLA
190 degrees C hotend
70 degrees C heatbed
supports on impeller everywhere
supports on casing on everything under 35 degrees (printed standing up)
50 percent infil
~55 hours of printing, also used just under a spool of filament (~1kg)
Note pictures attached show a finished, sanded and primed print whi
