Generic knobs for LCD displays and rotary encoders

This is a growing collection of generic knobs for rotary encoders, as the ones used in 3d printer displays. There are two styles right now: one for flat shafts where the knob needs to extend into the electronics case, and one for round shafts like the one used on the Prusa LCD for mk2 and mk3 printers.
