Firstly, my apologies about the state of the power supply in the image. There was a fire but it was unrelated to the power supply and directly related to my occasional “well let's plug it in and see if that works” approach to electronics, which once resulted in a new pope being elected. I use these generic AliExpress power supplies for most of my LEDs and 12V applications but they are objectively ugly and I'm not comfortable with 220V input wires being so easy to access. The power supply cover is well ventilated, easy to attach to the wall (you can use double sided tape, No More Nails, or small masonry plugs), easy to insert the power supply, and it looks a lot better. The aesthetic follows a number of my other designs so it fits quite seamlessly with my home installations.
