This is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2407178.
I printed one of them and although it turned out OK (see photo, upper left), the "grooves" were rather small and prone to collecting debris that could be a bit hard to clean out.
Also, I typically run a 0.5mm nozzle and super fine details can be slightly difficult to achieve.
So I designed this one with 2mm wide grooves and troughs which are very easy to clean if you ever need to.
I also designed it with a 39.5 mm (~1.5") diameter center depression suitable to accept a custom printed label or record logo.
Just take a photo of your favorite record's label, scale it and print it, or download label artwork from a site such as- https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=vocalion+labels&iax=images&ia=images (all rights belong to the copyright holders of course, so no commercial usage please)
Double-side stick tape works perfectly to adhere a label to it and if you laminate the top surface of the label first with clear packing tap
