Geoffs XT60 Cover / Sheath

XT60 Cover - I've produced 2 versions, for small 1.5mm diameter wires & also one for 2mm wires. Unlike some XT60 tapered covers, my XT60 cover also works with LARGE wires (up to 5mm diameter), just drill to required size.

It prints as a very tight press fit with my printer & 0.4mm nozzle with .25mm layer height, if it isn't on your print, just scale up/down slightly until it fits.

To assemble, just use multigrips (or similar) to press the cover onto the XT60 connector.

Printed on ABS for use outdoors, but anything will work - PLA/PETG/ASA/TPU
