This fits the "LED UV Disinfection Lamp Tube Portable Handheld UVC" type hand-wand uv sterilization lamp available on ebay. I've attached a picture to help narrow whether it will work for you too, but you'll have to do your own measuring to be sure. I've placed the ID of the mounting surface at 28.6mm. Do what you need to to scale this or whatnot to make that fit.
Print two stands, mount them to each side of the lamp, GENTLY, with hose clamps. Zip ties might work... I haven't tried. Don't crack this thing, and try to turn it on remotely if you can. Exposure to UV-C band light is ... not good.
