My wife kept laying her curling wand everywhere in the bathroom. Mainly where I wanted to sit, so I designed and printed this holder for her.
I haven't checked yet how hot the handle of the wand gets, but if the temperature stays somewhere below 70°C (printed in PETG) it should be easily possible to rest it while using.
To attach it to the wall I used the great tesa powerstrips (I don't owe them nothing, I just generally adore this product) http://www.tesa.co.uk/consumer/tesa-powerstrips-small.html. co.uk as I couldn't find them in the US. You guys over there might have similar adhesives. The small strips are just long enough to remove the holder if you want (the "pull to remove" handle sticks out on the underside).
I've used the cheapest transparent PETG I could find and it printed great. Love that stuff, I've had more trouble with PLA to be honest ...
