Ghost S1 2.5 Conversion Kit

Here is my 2.5 slot Ghost S1 conversion kit. This kit requires 7x 3D prints and 1 Laser cut item (Spine). You will need:15x E-Z LOK Threaded Insert for Plastic Flush Brass Thread Inserts M3-0.5 Front Gable 5xRear Gable 7xPSU Mount 2xUpper GPU Mount 1x1x E-Z LOK Threaded Insert for Plastic Flush Brass Thread Inserts 6-32Lower GPU Retainer4x Brass Heat-Set Inserts for Plastic - M3 x 3mmFront Gable Power Button MountUse the .DXF to laser cut a spine from 2.5mm Aluminium or Steel ( I used Aluminium).You will need:4x BSO-3.5M3-8 (Motherboard stand offs)2x BSO-3.5M3-10 (Riser cable mount)*Use BSO4 for steelThese are self-clinching fasteners and need to be pressed in.M3 tap to cut threads in 10x holes.Countersink tool to cut countersink in 1x hole (FWD Lower Spine to Front gable fastener from the PSU side of the spine)I then had the spine powdercoated.I used PLA for all prints, I have not had any warping issues. ABS or ASA would probably be better but I have not needed it.
