Ghostbusters Trap (1984) - Handle Modification

The newly added models give you the option to add in a faux looking mechanism that was on the original trap. The CountSpatula trap used a screw through a drilled hole to simulate this, but I felt I wanted to take it to the next level.

The three new files are a new front cap, a "nub" and a jig. The steps are slightly different from the original below.

1. Attach the metal handle to the 3D printed handle as in the previous step, but this time don't insert the "Handle-Insert-Cap.stl

2. You should now be able to slide the jig onto the handle. If installed correctly, it will give you a perfectly centred template you can use to cut your notch out of the metal tube.

3. Remove the jig and cut the rectangle shape out of the tube. This will give you a large opening.

4. You can now insert the GB-Trap-Handle-Insert.stl which will cap the end and cover the screw.

5. Next position the Gb-Trap-Handle-Tab.stl into the rectangle slot for fitting.
