GHT to BSP

Needed to convert American garden hose threads to BSP for making extension hoses for an HVLP spray system.

Much faff later and there's a reasonably complete set:
GHT female to 1/2 BSP female
GHT female to 3/4 BSP female
GHT female to 3/4 BSP male
GHT male to 1/2 BSP female
GHT male to 3/4 BSSP female

It's only after all the above that I realised quick connect brewing fittings also fit the HVLP system and come in BSP too. However, the garden hose connectors are way less expensive even shipped from the US to UK.
