He is designed to print support-less on a 200x200 printer. he is currently about 350mm tall.

UPDATE: I made a Thread chaser and included it in the download for the side holes if people have trouble getting clean threads. I added a set of short arm and leg pins so I can adjust the friction in the joints so it can hold and display things.
