Giant Nerf Vortex Disc (Drink Coaster)

Video: This is my Giant Nerf Vortex Disc model, which can be used as a prop, decoration, or as a drink coaster!This model can be scaled to any size you want in your slicer. I've found a good size to print this at is 50% scale in your Slicer program. It'll make a nice display piece! For reference, the photo below is of the disc at 50% scale.However, if you want to use it as a drink coaster, you should probably print it at 75% scale. I print the disc pieces at 5 walls 20% infill, just to give them a nice weight.No supports needed, no brims needed.Once the two parts are printed, you can put glue on the inside edge of the disc foam part, then press the disc core part in. Then clamp or press them together while the glue dries. IF YOU USE SUPER GLUE, make sure to put the pieces in a place with direct airflow to prevent ugly white crap from forming around the glue seam while it dries.
