Giant Witch Wizard Ranni Hat

Here is a base for a giant witch, wizard, or Ranni the witch hat from Elden ring. It is a TPU base that you run wire from to hold up large hats with an adjustable top for depth (made of spacer mesh and velcro straps). Can fit up to 1/4in wire in it's current size, but I only needed normal small wire. Sized for a 7 3/4in head with a wig on top of that, but you can size it smaller. You then place a cover over it to form a hat.

You run wire through eva foam (I did 6mm). I duct taped the ends so they don't rip the fabric. You need to wrap the wire around at the connection point so it doesn't come out during use. The hat in the image is 35in wide. Add an invisible zipper to the back so you can take down the hat for flying. I would sew velcro around the head opening on the bottom, then connect that to the TPU base on each arm, so the bottom fabric doesn't fall down.
