If you're like me, you eat a lot of giardiniera but you dont like having an oily mess when you scoop the food out of the jar. This is my version of a solution. A large scoop that has large holes for the oils to drip back into the jar from. Has a little ledge so the scoop can be left on top of the jar dripping while you make your food.
