Want to make someone work for their gift card? Secure it into place with 20 M5 bolts and watch them work for their prize with an Allen wrench.

This is my first experience printing threads, and honestly, I wouldn't do it again. Inserts work much better. However, printed threads mean that the person who has to take this apart will work just as hard as you had to to put it together. The screws fit very tightly.

After printing, I could not thread the screws in from the front. I had to screw them in from the back, all the way through, and then trim the excess plastic that extruded from the front with an exacto knife. After this I was able to assemble it. All this was done with a drill at very low speeds with plenty of pauses to prevent the plastic from melting. Lot's of extra work, but came out great in the end.
