Gilbert Erector Commutator Set

Commutator wheel and insulator pieces.
Used to connect electrically a rotating part of the Erector project.
Can be used to transfer power to lighting or motors.

The round aluminum disc is made with a hole saw.
Fahnestock clips are used as connection points.
I use an acorn nut as a rubbing contact to the aluminum disc.
