Gira dimmer button

This Gira dimmer button was designed because the original ones are too weak and breaks too fast.
The design is with a thicker inner-part and overall wallthickness was made a little heavier than original part.
For use on a 4mm axis, for me I had to drill the hole up to 4mm, the print was a little too tight.
