My glasses came with these magnetic clip on sun glasses, they are great, except they are quite fragile and I've had a number of these break over the years. They are quite expensive to replace by themselves (I guess they want you to just buy a whole new set)
Anyway, so this is a super slim case to protect the clip on. Should fit clip ons that are 32mm tall, 140mm wide, and 12mm deep. And as you can see, the case is curved to minimize size, since your clip on is probably curved too.
The "cap" is held on by two small detents. The whole thing prints as one piece. The flap is a single layer thick and as such flexes nicely.
I printed this with PETG at 230C. No fans. The underside of the top bridges poorly, but since it is inside, it doesn't matter too much.
**UPDATE**: The v3 print in place flexible cap set up wasn't the best. Haha, it always ended up breaking after a few weeks of use. I have revised the design, so v7 STL files are split to the body and cap. The cap snap
