These are brackets to hold lids for Glasslock and similar containers. They can be fixed to a vertical surface with either two screws each or double sided tape.
The included .stls are only for one side of a pair. You need to import two copies into your slicer and mirror one so you get a matching pair. The .3mf files have this done already.
