Add a straight reference line to the inside of a drinking glass (or similar object)! Then you can use it to align graphics on the outside of the glass. I designed this help with the application of adhesive vinyl graphics from a Cricut® machine, but could also be useful for hand painted designs or other artsy projects.
Insert a dry erase marker and set the tool on top of the glass. Press the tool and marker against the side of the glass and rotate to draw a line perfectly aligned with the rim of the glass.
Adjust the height of the reference line by turning the large adjustment knob. The contact points may also be moved closer or further from the center to fit various sized objects.
