Gloomhaven Effect Token H-clip

Simple effect token clips. Keeps token parallel (in-line) with standee. Rounded edges and sized to reduce scraping of standees.

Tweak the "Horizontal Offset" if the clip is too tight or too loose. They can print pretty quick so don't worry about test printing to get it the way you want.
