Gloria the Unicorn

My friend wanted a unicorn with a hat and a cape, so I printed one. We decided to share the design with the maker community.

I used Blender's sculpt mode and bool tool -> subtract to get the mane to fit under the hat and cape.

It's a little tricky to assemble the cape; the front part attaches to the main part via two rather thin lines. See the two purple/blue closeups for how the pieces fit together. If printed in PLA then super glue is enough to hold it on. I also used a soldering iron to melt the parts of the cape together (note this should not be attempted unless you have a worn out soldering tip that's okay if it gets ruined).
