GM Screen A4

Customizable GM Screen in A4 Size
Letter will not fit.Letter is about 5mm more in width than A4.

This project needs strong magnets 8mmx1mm (Amazon 50pcs 6,59€)
For the setup as shown in the example you need overall 32 magnets.
Read instructions before gluing magnets into frame!

You will need to print for the print as shown in the Example 3D view

8x Half Cover (fits A5 each)
2x Corner Magnet A (Connects bottom right and top left cover to the middle parts)
2x Corner Magnet B (Connects bottom left and top right cover to the middle parts)
2x Straight Magnet (Connects middle parts)
8x Pin (A cover with pin which needs to be glued to the parts of the screen. Giving the connection between two half covers more stability.)

I recommend printing it in an enclosure and with ABS so you can weld/glue it with acetone.

You can expand this as much as you want.
Only rule:
If you add an A4 straight, you need to print:
2x Half Cover
2x Pins
2x Straight Magnet
and of course 8
