So I have had issues with the cold Alaskan air being so severe, that my heater would not blow hot because it would cool faster than it could heat up. I would only see temperatures around 130, and when it's -40 outside, it's not enough to get decent heat out of the engine to keep warm. Amazing that a 7.4L engine can't keep warm. I decided to make a block out of cardboard and had a thought about 3d printing a simple block for it. The fit is great and is held on with zipties (see picture) I think it came out well. this is my first upload to MakerWorld and hope that I could help others that had similar issues to me. this did help keep me warm. I had it on from 20 degrees and so far, as low as -40, and keeps it at or just over 180 degrees.
