Google Max Sound Funnel

I have a Google Max for music in my main living area, but we never liked the look of a big black blob on the cabinet. We had an old record cabinet that we pull the non-working guts out of and placed the google max on the inside shelf. Unfortunately, the sound was fairly muffled due to the open area, and the inability to direct the sound out the front speaker holes of the cabinet. My solution was to funnel the sound forward, which is what we have here.

The cloth cover of the google max is only held on by friction fit pins. This device replaces that cloth cover and allows the speaker to be pushed flush against the front of the cabinet, allowing the majority of the sound to come forward. The before-and-after sound was an impressive improvement, but I plan on enlarging the cabinet speaker holes to get an even better result.

The geometry of the pin supports could have been improved to eliminate the need for supports, but I don't plan on printing another one of these, so this will
