Google Pixel 4A case with sliding cover

This is a case for a Google Pixel 4A that I created in response to [a post by u/Dakvar on Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/3Dprinting/comments/qmm3sw/i_want_to_print_a_slider_like_this_for_my_pixel/).
It's untested, since I don't actually have a Pixel 4A, but the measurements should be pretty close. I'm not sure if it will be very easy to put onto a 4A, because it has a pretty big lip over the edge.
