A remix from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:149271 by Drathus (Thanks!) -- I added a 1/2" cylinder extrusion and a bit of cylindrical cutout for each eye so the Googly Eyes have a place to stick to with clearance around their perimeter..
Emergency Googly Eyes come in an assortment of various sizes in an attractive tin can as seen in the photo, and, I assume, may be found in novelty, craft and costume shops. The ones I have came from: https://mcphee.com/products/emergency-googly-eyes
The smallest Googly Eyes are 1/2" in diameter -- those are the ones that fit the Googly Eye Moai in the scale presented.
