This model allows you to mount a GoPro —or any other thing that uses the same two-finger mounting mechanism— onto the tip of a (LEKI) hiking pole. For example, you can take selfies from a greater distance without bringing a dedicated stick on your adventure. I recommend using a suitable printing material that doesn’t deform in (summer) heat, such as ASA/ABS or maybe PETG. Personally, I printed the model in ABS-GF, which holds up very well and is pretty lightweight (for those ultralight hikers —though they might leave the poles at home, haha). Please note that the model uses a friction fit, so make sure the shape matches your hiking pole tips and that your print is strong enough to handle the force. The last thing you want is your GoPro, phone, camera, or whatever dropping off a cliff while taking that perfect selfie in the mountains 😉. I believe you should be able to use the original bolt and nut from a GoPro mount, but the model is designed for a standard M5 × 20 mm hex cap screw/bol
