This is a part of the lock plate for GoPro hero 3 water proof case. Many of internet markets sell it with name "Housing Lock Snap Latch".
This model includes only F-shaped part of the lock plate.
This part fits pretty good on my GoPro case, but I give no garantee that it hangs the cap of case perfectly and makes it water resist again. Please check it before using.
