I designed this mount to be able to easily install the GorPro Hero Session (4 or 5) by using a velcro strap (the hole inside). If the camera is not used, the mount does not add much weight. A lot of GoPro mounts are screwed on the quadcopter frame, but in a crash the mount usually brakes since the screws will stay in place. This mount can be glued on top of the drone with double sided tape (some kind of foam tape) and for me it worked always fine. The tape also provides a little bit of vibration damping. In the front of the mount there is a small lip that prevents the GoPro from slipping around and it guarantees that the GoPro is always mounted at the same spot.
