Gorc's lightsaber from Jedi Knight: Dark Forces II
There's only concept art to speculate its design. So this model is a combination of ideas from many makers on what it may have looked like.
Gorc was over 9.8 ft tall and his lightsaber was classified as a Lightclub which I suppose starts at over 19 inches in length, weighing over 11 lbs with a blade stretching over 9.8 feet as well.
Based on the design, I came up with something closer to 30 inches in length and 2.55 inches in diameter.
I definitely haven't 3d printed this one yet so some considerable tampering may be needed to make it run smoothly.
