Based on the ASRock Challenger RX 9070 (3 fan design). Probably can also be printed as a regular sized model too.
Fans are not able to spin but the file should be able to be printed in place. No supports needed.
The model is extremely small in mm so you should set it to somewhere around 500% size (~7 mm tall).
