grade one braille generator

This started out as a simple alpha-numeric braille generator script to help me learn how to script in OpenSCAD. It escalated from there.

The script takes user input and generates lines of braille. It uses UEB (Universal English Braille) specifications by default but the dimensions can be adjusted, with the ranges listed for reference. Four lines are provided by default, but additional lines can be added if needed. All lines except the first can be disabled in the customizer. A backing plate is auto generated based the length of the text for each line. This can be disable in the customizer. I added a Hull and Minkowski to the back plate as an example, but these can be commented out if not needed. The script can generate braille glyphs for all characters on an standard English keyboard.
